Run System Diagnostic
In case of any blue screen error, try running the hardware test first to check the hardware status of your PC. Write Powershell in the windows search box, make a right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.
Copy and paste this command dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth on the PowerShell Window and press the enter key on the keyboard.

Click on Troubleshoot
Select Advanced options, click on System restore
The system will restart now, select your account and sign in then click Next
Select the restore point created before the APC_INDEX_MISMATCH error, click on Next, Click Finish to start System Restore.
Reset Your Computer/ Reinstall the Windows 10
