Metro Exodus Crashing on Caspian Level, Fix CTD in Lighthouse Mission

There are many players who are unable to proceed with the game due to Metro Exodus Crashing on Caspian Level and Crashing to Desktop (CTD) in Lighthouse Mission. This article provides you multiple workarounds to fix Metro Exodus Crashing on Caspian Level and Fix CTD in Lighthouse Mission. Let’s start with a practical scenario.

Game crashes on the Caspian level when I approach the lighthouse from the cave system. I have been running the game on high from the start of the game. I haven’t experienced any crashes beforehand, but when I get out of the cave that leads to the lighthouse my game hard crashes and unable to alt-tab. I have tried to mess with the setting but nothing works. I set the graphics as low as possible and I get 200 fps but still, it continues to crash. I would appreciate any help that would be great.
