How to Fix Intel Wireless AC 9560 Not Working Error Code 10 On Windows 11 & 10
Today in this article we are going to fix WIFI connectivity issue with Intel Wireless AC 9560 adapter on Windows 11 & 10. Please follow the steps provided in this post to fix Intel Wireless AC 9560 not working due to error code 10 in device manager on Windows 11 & 10
Step 1) Perform Power Cycle
To perform power cycle first shut down your PC, switch off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router and then restart your computer, now check the connectivity.
Step 2) Make Sure WIFI Is On In System BIOS
To go to your system BIOS, start your PC and immediately keep tapping your system BIOS key to enter the BIOS. (Such as F1 or F2, bios key may be different for different brands)
Step 3) Run Network Troubleshooter
On the bottom right of the screen make right click on the internet icon and click on Troubleshoot problems.
Windows 11 Users go to Settings/System/Troubleshoot/Other troubleshooters/Network Adaptors and then click on Run.
Step 4) Run The Commands Provided Below:
Type in CMD in Windows search box and make a right click on Command prompt app and then click on Run as administrator. Once command prompt window is open, copy all the commands one by one and paste it on command prompt window and hit the Enter key to run all the commands.

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 5) Disable And Enable Intel AC 9560 Adapter
Make a right click on start menu and click on Device Manager then expand Network Adapters.
Now, make a right click on Intel AC 9560 Adapters and click on Disable Device then click on Yes.
Again make a right click on Intel AC 9560 Adapters then click on Enable Device.
Step 6) Start WLAN AutoConfig Service
Go to search option, type Services and click on Services App then search for WLAN AutoConfig and make a double click on it. Now make sure Startup type is selected as Automatic and click on Apply then click on Start then select OK and click on Restart the Service on the top left corner.
Step 7) Perform Network Reset
Go to Start menu and click on Settings icon then click on Network and Internet. Scroll down and click on Network reset (Before you perform Reset Now, make sure you have the WIFI password ). Click on Reset now and then select Yes to allow and restart your computer. Now click on the internet icon on the bottom left of your screen, click on your network name and enter your WIFI password to connect.
In Windows 11 users can go to Settings/Network and Internet/Advanced Network Settings/Network Reset
Step 8) Reinstall Intel AC 9560 Driver (Make sure you have the WIFI password)
For this, make a right click on start menu and click on Device Manager then expand Network Adapters.
Now, make a right click on Intel AC 9560 Adapters and click on Uninstall Device then click on Uninstall and restart your system (after this, Windows will automatically reinstall the default driver) Now click on the internet icon on the bottom left of your screen, click on your network name and enter your WIFI password to connect.
Step 9) Set Wireless Adapter Settings To Maximum Performance
Go to search box, type Control Panel and Click on Control Panel, click on System and Security, click on Power Options, then click on Change Plan Settings, and click on Change advanced power settings. Expand Wireless Adapter Settings, Expand Power Saving Mode. Select “On battery” and choose Maximum Performance. Now select “Plugged in” and choose Maximum Performance and click on Apply then OK.
Step 10) Install Wireless Driver From Your System Manufacturer Website
Connect Ethernet cable and go online, in case you don’t have Ethernet cable or computer does not have an Ethernet port then use another computer with internet access and download the wireless driver to the USB flash drive/hard drive and use the USB flash drive/hard drive to install the wireless driver to the faulty computer.
Step 11) Update System BIOS
Go to your System Manufacturer Website and select your system model number and update the system BIOS to the latest version and restart your system.
Step 12) Reset Your PC
Go to Settings/Windows Update/Recovery (Windows 11- Settings/Windows Update/Advanced OptionsRecovery) and then click on Reset PC to reinstall your operating system.
Note- Reset may result in data loss so create a backup before the reset.
