Update Windows Defender
Update Windows Defender to version 1.1.287.94.0 or higher. Type in Windows Defender in the windows search box to open Windows Security.
Click on Virus & threat protection
Click on Check for updates
Restart your PC after installing these updates.
Update Microsoft Office
Open any office app, Word or Excel then go to File option on the top left of the word/excel file. Select Account and go to Office Updates and click on Update now from the drop down option as shown below.
Restart your PC after the update.
Run the Microsoft Easy Fix Tool
Visit this link and click on Download to install the Microsft Easy Fix tool. Run Microsft Easy Fix tool and click on Next to fix Microsoft Office issue.
Repair Microsoft Office
Make a right click on the Windows Start Menu and select Apps and Features.
